Angled Tic-Tac camera house trial run

Robbe Sea Wolf V2 Posted on Sep 22, 2012 21:35:54

Last Sunday I decided to try out this angled Tic-Tac camera box I have been working on. I had been doing some more water tests, bud have not been able to find the leak I had in the first test. As of now I believe I had not put enough Vaseline on the lid.

Anyway I tried the Tic-Tac box out, and this is the resulting video: believe the water was clearer than last time I recorded submarine video.

As can be seen, using the air/water light refraction actually works and the angle I selected is useful.

More videos from the model boat pond.

All that video editing is the reason why my PT-15 build is progressing so slowly. That will soon come to an end for now as the outdoor season is coming to and end at start October.

Anyway here are a few videos I have made:’

P 510 Søløven – Scratch built torpedo boat:

DMI Vedette (This is an old kit that went out of production about 50 years ago):

That’s it. I hope you enjoyed some of all this video smiley
